For example, the '90s were when the World Wide Web was created and millions of people around the world started going online. What wasn't there to love?Īnd high tech in the 1990s, while primitive by today's standards, improved greatly on computers in the 1980s and laid the groundwork for what was to come.
The economy was booming, sounds of Ace of Base and the Backstreet Boys filled the airwaves, and Rollerblades, Tamagotchi, Pogs, Beanie Babies, and Tickle Me Elmo were all the rage.
